LEP Digital agency in Erina, known for its strength in content marketing, has been engaged by Sharaf Retail LLC based in Dubai UAE, in a large export services contract to help support the business’ ambitious 5-year growth plan.
Sharaf Retail, an arm of Sharaf Group, is home to a range of food and beverage destinations and iconic global brands, including three from Australia’s largest retailer, Cotton On Group.
LEP Digital has been brought on to work directly with Sharaf Retail’s Head of Marketing, Dina Serhan, and her digital and marketing teams to drive the company’s 5-year growth plan which will see the business 5 x in terms of sales and revenue, as well as creating customer-centric omni-channel excellence.
Led by Digital Marketing Manager, Mel McCrone, and supported by Director Laura Prael, who both have prior experience in the direct-to-consumer retail industry, a track record in content, and a slew of recent awards, the agency was well positioned to win the account.
Since August, the agency has overseen digital marketing and communications for the corporate brand and its suite of international consumer brands. This includes the direction and production of video scripts, website content, social media strategies, influencer marketing, auditing and reporting, and brand activation strategies.
“Dubai is a melting pot of cultures and languages so it can be a challenge to produce clear communications that are engaging and accessible to a broad range of audiences,” said Dina.
“Our partnership with LEP Digital is on the right path. The team is responsive, strategic, and creative and we’re working together to find innovative ways to target our customers.”
“Looking to partner with dynamic and forward-thinking brands, we are impressed by the innovation and growth plans that Sharaf Retail have shared with us and are thrilled to be helping them achieve their goals,” said Mel.
“This partnership is a great example of how digital marketing can be delivered anywhere, and the power of well executed content and storytelling,” said Laura. “In a short time, we’ve grasped the complexity of the business, its consumers, and nine different brand voices, and delivered high quality work that’s driving the Sharaf Retail team’s pioneering vision and goals.”
