Their Challenges

  • Brand awareness. Prior to 2020, TeamForm had been known as Orchestrated and, along with the name change, had made changes to the product offering and pricing structure
  • Technical language. The language used throughout the website and marketing materials was technical in nature and challenging for a broader audience to understand.
  • Confused targeting and inconsistent tracking. Without a clearly defined target audience, marketing communications lacked consistency and cut through, with no way to measure the results.

  • A digital audit. Starting with the data, we conducted a historical deep-dive to identify the most effective digital marketing channels.
  • Creative content overhaul. LEP Digital researched the target audience and wrote new website content to deliver TeamForm’s messaging in a more user-friendly and relevant format.
  • Digital advertising campaign. Utilising Google’s Search and Display advertising platforms, we put the relevant message in front of key decision-makers when they had the right intent and implemented accurate conversion tracking to measure key actions taken on the website
  • Explainer video creation. We crafted a clever video to share the TeamForm story in an engaging format.
  • LinkedIn social strategy. To build brand trust and showcase thought leadership, we created weekly social posts for the professional platform.

The Results

  • In comparing 2022 to 2021, there was a 328% increase in clicks with a 46% increase in conversions from Google Ads, from the same advertising budget.
  • The average time spent on the page on the TeamForm website increased by 85% and unique page views increased by 122%.
